Chalet Sixtine
Enjoy a piece of paradise ‘au pied des pistes’.
Chalet Sixtine, built in 2022, is located in Hérémence, a place called Les Masses, on a
altitude of 1600 m, in the area of the 4 Vallées and offers you a beautiful panorama of the
Dent-Blanche, the Matterhorn and the Val des Dix..
This 200 square meter chalet, located in a quiet cul-de-sac
built in old wood and combines charm and comfort. It has a large living room,
several terraces, 4 bedrooms with double beds and a bedroom with
2X2 bunk beds, three shower rooms, a bathroom, a fitted kitchen, a carport
and two private parking spaces. Several parking spaces within 200 m.
The Masses chairlift is minutes away (via a small path
on foot or by car with free underground parking during the day at
the base of the chairlift.) Ski lockers can be rented at the Masses ticket office.
There you will find as well two restaurants, a bar, a grocery store and of course the ‘après-ski’
The 4 Valleys
The 4 Valleys, the largest Swiss ski area
The 4 Valleys area is the largest Swiss area and connects the resorts
Thyon, Veysonnaz, Nendaz, La Tzoumaz and Verbier. A paradise for skiing,
snowboarding and other snow sports in Valais.
The 4 Valleys area offers 92 cable facilities (ski lifts, chair lifts,
gondolas, funitels and cable cars combined) and the famous Ours piste,
as well as 412 km of slopes and ski routes, of which almost 200 km are of average
difficulty is up to very difficult. Mont-Fort, located in the center of
the estate, rises to 3,330 meters above sea level and offers views of
peaks such as the Matterhorn, Grand Combin and Mont Blanc.
Heremence
Hérémence, a village on the edge of the Dixence valley, at an altitude of
1,230 meters, combines traditional authenticity with the modernity of the
latest constructions. It almost reaches the Italian border in the south and
has five neighboring villages: Vex, Nendaz, Bagnes, Evolène and Saint-Martin.

Rent
In principle, the rental takes place from Saturday 5 p.m. to Saturday 11 a.m. (7 nights).
The rental price, varies from 2500 € (summer) to 4000 € (high-season) a week depending on the season. Cleaning is not included.
A guarantee of €500 is paid and will be refunded once the
cleaning crew has come by.
